Born in Buenos Aires (Argentina) in 1980, Ezequiel Menalled started at the age of 9 learning to play the guitar under the guidance of professor Pablo Green in several music styles.
In 1995 Ezequiel started the Tango group "Nuevo Siglo", specialized in the music of Astor Piazzolla and performing on the most important tango stages of Buenos Aires (e.g. Cafe Tortoni, Palais de Glace)
In 1996 he started his studies at the Center for Advanced Studies in Contemporary Music, where he got his degree in 1999.
Between 1998 and 2000 he studied with Ernesto Snajer following the same multiphacetic direction.
In 1999 Ezequiel travelled to New York to have lessons with John Abercrombie and Vic Juris. From 2001 until 2002 he followed lessons of classical guitar with Norman Baroni and of jazz guitar with Pino Marrone.
Since September 2002 he is living in the Netherlands. He studied Composition at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, from where he got a Bachelor and a Master degree.
Despite of an intense activity as a composer, conductor and guitar player, Ezequiel also dedicates part of his time teaching guitar at the International School of The Hague.
And finally, in February 2004 he met Martin and Martijn and ever since jolly participates in "Trio Tincho".
